What is the Enneagram and why do you use it?

The Enneagram is a personality framework that maps nine distinct patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Unlike other assessments that describe what you do, the Enneagram explains why — the deeper motivations and fears driving your behavior under pressure. I use it because it's the most precise tool I've found for helping leaders understand their blind spots and create lasting change.

What credentials do you hold?

I am an ICF PCC certified coach, iEQ9 Accredited (the gold standard in Enneagram assessment), and iPEC Certified. These credentials represent hundreds of hours of coaching practice, rigorous assessment training, and ongoing professional development.

How long does a coaching engagement typically last?

Most engagements start at six months. Real leadership development isn't a one-session fix — it takes time to identify the pattern, work through it under real pressure, and build new capacity that sticks. We work at a pace that fits your situation.
